Returns & Refund Policy
Made-to-Order Items
Because all ZooWear items are custom made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Incorrect size ordered
- Change of mind
- Personal preference
Please review sizing charts carefully before placing your order.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos of the item
If the issue is confirmed, we will gladly send a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Lost Packages
If your package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please check with neighbors or your local postal carrier first.
If the package cannot be located, contact us and we will do our best to assist you.
Refund Processing
If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
