Shipping Policy

Order Processing

All ZooWear products are made to order, meaning each item is created specifically for you after your purchase is placed.

Please allow 7–10 business days for production before your order ships. This time allows our production partner to carefully embroider and prepare your item to ensure the highest quality.

Once your order is finished, it will be shipped to the address provided at checkout.

Shipping Times

United States
Estimated delivery: 1–5 business days after production

International Orders
Estimated delivery: 7–21 business days after production, depending on the destination country and local postal service.

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or customs processing.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package until delivery.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout. ZooWear is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to:

Shipping carrier delays
Customs processing for international orders
Weather or other unforeseen circumstances
